EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - PROGRAM SERVICES
LOCATION:
RCDSB Mary Street Office, Pembroke, ON. Occasional travel within the county and province may be required.
HOURS: 35 hours/week; 12 months/year. Overtime as required. Normal business hours (i.e. 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).
REPORTS TO: Superintendent of Education
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Union
RATE OF PAY: The annual salary grid range is $74,234 - $81,117
START DATE: To be determined, August 10, 2026 or earlier
Summary:
The primary function of the Administrative Assistant is to facilitate the efficient operation of the office by providing confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Superintendent. Responsible for filtering, qualifying and directing contacts and inquiries and resolving issues where possible while maintaining positive relations. The Administrative Assistant communicates to a variety of stakeholders on behalf of the Superintendent.
